Supportive Link provides high quality support and accommodation to young people in the UK. We provide 24-hour residential services, floating support (support only), solo placements and shared accommodation to care leavers, unaccompanied asylum seekers and other vulnerable young people with complex needs aged 16 – 25 years. Our unique service aims to give young people the opportunity to experience domestic life in a shared and supportive environment to help them achieve a successful transition into independence and adulthood. We effectively manage risks and ensure that all young people placed in our care are fully equipped with the skills needed to secure a bright future .In addition to this, we also offer an assessed need outreach resettlement support service for three to six months, post residential. This is in order to help young people who are experiencing for the first time, the responsibilities of maintaining a legal tenancy. Our young people are given a supervised, comprehensive support package to ensure they have the highest levels of safety for themselves, in a controlled environment, which offers them the opportunity to further develop their strengths and abilities in both practical life skills and training development skills.
